Is this really free?

Will there be a replay if I can't make it live?

I'm completely new to real estate. Will I follow along?

Yes. I assume zero prior knowledge. The whole class is built for someone who has never bought a property before.

Do I need a lot of money to start with tax deeds?

No. I'll show you platforms with auction minimums as low as $200. Most of my first deals were under $5K each.

Is this legal in my state?

Yes. Tax deeds and tax liens have been legal in all 50 U.S. states since 1881. Each state has slightly different rules — I'll cover the basics on the call.
